Share the Joy; May 1 2021

For the first time in well over a year, I feel like I can breathe. Independence is within my reach, again.

That is to say: I signed a lease and I’ll be renting a place as of May 2nd 2021! It’s more accessible than my former address, and I’ll be living with people I trust in an area I adore. I’m so relieved. I’ll have access to help as far as my health is concerned, and my roommates adore my daughter and are happy to help pick up housework slack when parenting takes over my other responsibilities. I’m eternally grateful to have such amazing people in my life.

I’m also going to be looking into a PSW (personal support worker) which would make my life substantially easier. Fingers crossed that I’m able to find coverage for that service.

I don’t have much to say this week, but I’m too giddy not to share my joy. I hope you also get some great news today!
