I was a guest on this podcast, and the episode is coming out this Friday – that’s January 17th! I’m excited for y’all to give it a listen.

In general, the podcast is about the slew of rejection writers face as we try to make it in traditional publishing. If you’re a writer – or in any artistic field, honestly – it can be comforting to know that you’re not alone, and that a lot of our journeys revolve around getting that big, important ‘yes’ from somebody.

I’m glad there’s something to look forward to, because this time of year is hard for me. I’m having a hard time with my PTSD and very little seems to help. I’m getting terrible sleep and every noise from outside makes my chest seize.

All I want at this point is resolution.

… Okay, and I also want a nice book deal, too.
