Personally speaking, I am a pacifist.

When I say that, I mean that I don’t like violence to come from me. I can barely raise my voice without my throat tightening in that pre-sobbing, anxiety-attack-impending kind of way. I once threw a punch at a karate dummy and whiffed it ‘cause I was so in my head about the very idea of hitting something.

I do not apply my pacifism to all.

Sometimes, violence is a consequence. Sometimes, violence is a response.

Sometimes violence is moral.

That’s all I have to say.
